Mark has advised governments and commercial entities on issues in the energy, power, infrastructure, commodities, construction, engineering, financial regulation, and hospitality sectors.
Mark has appeared before the Singapore courts and in international arbitration proceedings, as well as advised on institutional and ad hoc mediations.
Background
Mark graduated from New York University with a Master of Laws, and the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws. He is qualified as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
