Matthias Joschko advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law as well as data protection law.
In particular, he supports employers in the drafting of employment contracts, the planning and implementation of personnel measures, general works constitution law issues and reorganisations.
Background
Matthias studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt and completed his legal clerkship in Darmstadt and Offenbach. He was admitted to the German bar in 2024.
Already during his legal clerkship, Matthias focused on employment law and worked in law firms specialised in employment law in Frankfurt am Main and in a major German international corporation.
He speaks German and English.
