Mia advises on a range of corporate transactions, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions. Mia advises clients across a range of industries and has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory matters.
Background
Mia holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. She is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
