Michael McFall
Michael is a Solicitor in the Digital Legal Delivery Belfast office.
He is responsible for assisting on dispute matters.
His experience is focused around civil litigation and consultancy.
In addition to assisting on numerous UK civil litigation cases, Michael has worked on cases involving UK regulators (Financial Conduct Authority; UK Serious Fraud Office) and overseas regulators and authorities (Securities and Exchange Commission).
Since joining the Digital Belfast office, Michael has undertaken the following types of work:
- a large-scale review on behalf of an individual client relating to a high-profile investigation by the UK Serious Fraud Office
- a large-scale review involving multiple parties and multiple issues for an energy client
- a claims remediation scheme in connection with a high-profile client
Background
Michael joined the Digital Belfast Office in 2016.
He began a training contract with the firm in 2019, which he completed in 2022. Prior to joining the Digital Belfast Office Michael worked within the Consultancy division of PwC.
