Molly is a solicitor in the Brisbane Disputes team. 

Molly has experience acting in a wide range of complex commercial disputes across multiple practice areas including security class actions, insurance and tortious litigation. Molly also has administrative law experience assisting clients with navigating commissions of inquiry and other regulatory disputes.  

Molly works with leading Australian and global companies across a variety of sectors including private capital, insurance and real estate. She has assisted clients with matters in various jurisdictions and forums, including the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Coroners Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. 

Background

Molly holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland. Molly graduated with First Class Honours and was admitted to the Dean’s Honour Roll. 

Molly was an Associate in the Federal Court of Australia prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills. 

Molly is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and is on the High Court Register of Practitioners.

  • a major multinational investment manager in tortious and trespass proceedings
