Natcha is an Associate in the corporate practice. She is based in Herbert Smith Freehills' Bangkok office.
Natcha has established a distinguished career specialising in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters and capital markets. She is well experienced in advising high-profile clients in a wide range of sectors on complex legal matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, FDI, and regulatory compliance across sectors.
Background
Natcha has been awarded an LL.B. from Thammasat University with second-class honours, and two LL.M. degrees with merits: one from the University of Nottingham under the ASEAN Master Scholarship, and another from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow under the university scholarship.
