Nicole is an associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group based in Hong Kong.

Nicole specialises in antitrust and competition law (anticompetitive practices, abuse of dominance, merger control for cross-border transactions).

Nicole has experience in advising clients across several sectors, including energy and infrastructure, consumer, and technology, media and telecommunications. 

Nicole speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Background

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence (First Class Honours) from the University of Oxford.  She trained with Herbert Smith Freehills in Hong Kong, and spent 6 months on secondment at our Singapore office with the Corporate M&A team.
