Pauline specialises in commercial transactions involving intellectual property in technology, pharmaceutical and life sciences, energy, and financial services sectors and is passionate about helping clients actualize their creative business and technological solutions around the world.

Pauline has experience advising on cross-border and high value commercial agreements, especially the intellectual property, information technology and data aspects of corporate transactions. These include licensing arrangements and collaboration agreements encompassing the entire product value chain, from R&D, to manufacturing and supply, and commercialisation, as well as development and procurement of software, hardware and related IT services.

Pauline has experience advising multinational companies on data protection/privacy, export control, competition law, and other regulatory issues coming up in transactions. Additionally, Pauline has advised multinational life sciences and technology clients in internal and government investigations and litigations regarding anti-corruption and competition law issues.

Before moving to Singapore, Pauline spent a number of years practising in New York and Shanghai. Pauline is a native mandarin speaker.

Pauline graduated with a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts (economics major) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Pauline is a qualified lawyer in New York and a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore.
