Phillip is working as a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice in Düsseldorf.
Phillip advises national and international clients on corporate law, restructuring and M&A transactions.
Background
Phillip studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and completed his Legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz in 2014. He was admitted to bar in 2015.
Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills Phillip worked as a lawyer for a major international and a major German law firm.
