Phoebe is an associate in our London team, specialising in UK and EU competition law. She has particular experience in merger control, antitrust investigations and advice and regulatory matters.
Phoebe also has experience in subsidy control and state aid. She has been involved in cases before the UK's Competition and Markets Authority and Competition Appeal Tribunal. Before joining the firm, Phoebe had previously completed secondments at a UK government department and at a major retail company.
Phoebe has experience in a broad range of sectors, including retail/consumer goods, transport, energy and pharmaceuticals. Phoebe has particular experience in the aviation sector.
Phoebe is a regular support of the firm's pro bono practice and is also a trained Mental Health Champion.
Background
Phoebe holds a degree in Law from the University of Bristol and a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London.
