Phoebe resolves complex commercial disputes in a variety of sectors.
Phoebe is an Associate in our London Disputes team with a focus on complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element. She supports clients across the energy, infrastructure and technology sectors.
Her experience encompasses various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation in the English High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, and international arbitrations under the LCIA and HKIAC rules. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Phoebe has previously spent time on secondment to Herbert Smith Freehills' Hong Kong office where she worked in our Asia Disputes team.
Background
Phoebe is a dual British and Australian national and was born and raised in Hong Kong. She was educated at King's College London, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree.
