Rachel Chan

Rachel has experience in commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on construction, class actions and international arbitration.

Background

Rachel holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction and a Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons) from the University of Western Australia. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and in the Federal and High Courts of Australia.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Rachel worked at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Court of Appeal as the Associate to the Honourable Justice Andrew Beech.
