Rainer Gaunt
Rainer is a solicitor in the Australian Environment, Planning and Communities team.
Rainer specialises in providing advice to the government, real estate, energy and resources and infrastructure sectors in relation to a wide range of environmental and planning issues including development pathways and approvals, biodiversity and conservation, regulatory matters, water licencing, heritage and land access and acquisition.
Rainer has experience litigating in the Land and Environment Court and has acted on significant transactions involving the sale and/or use of land.
Background
Rainer holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

- Orica | advising on complex property developments and divestments, planning approval pathways and contaminated land management.
