Raquel Goncalves

Raquel is a Lawyer in the Digital Legal Delivery's Corporate Johannesburg team. Her focus is on providing high-quality technology augmented legal services.

Raquel has a corporate and commercial foundation, having served her articles at Werksmans Attorneys and gaining experience as an associate in the Commercial Mergers & Acquisitions team.

She has broad range of commercial experience which includes advising both private and public companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, both locally and internationally, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate group restructuring and due diligence investigations.

Raquel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws in Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Johannesburg.
