Rayanne is an English qualified associate who has experience advising employers across the construction elements of infrastructure projects, developments, financings, sales and acquisitions. Working predominantly in the European market before joining the firm in September 2024, Rayanne has negotiated and completed full suites of front-end construction contracts for high value projects and developments, with extensive experience of JCT (UK) forms of contract. Throughout projects, Rayanne has advised on aspects of client's procurement strategy including involvement at early PQQ stage and tender stage, providing concise comparative and risk reports of contractor's submissions from a legal perspective. Rayanne has also acted on several sales and acquisitions, carrying out detailed due diligence and reporting on client recourse and highlighting red flags and key considerations.
