  • Various gas producers on the Gas Market Code, Australian Domestic Gas Security Mechanism, temporary price cap measures, exemption applications and gas marketing strategy/ matters.
  • Guided Australian LNG exporters and large gas producers on gas and LNG sale and purchase agreements (mid-term and long-term), master agreements, other gas trading transactions (including swaps), transportation agreements, pipeline access arrangements and charterparty and other chartering arrangements.
  • AGL (on secondment) on the integration of Epho and Solgen solar businesses with AGL group following these acquisitions.
  • Confidential client on the Capacity Investment Tender Process, including comprehensive review and preparation of departures to the CISA and advised on the ProjectCo structure.
  • Various confidential clients on multiple Power Purchase Agreement and renewable electricity tender process.
  • Guided multiple heavy emitters through the carbon regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance with the Safeguard Mechanism and advising on carbon management agreements to develop and manage carbon sequestration projects to generate ACCUs.
