Robert is an Of Counsel in our Pensions team based in London.

Rob’s practice spans all aspects of pensions law and regulation. He regularly advises national and multinational employers, banks and other financial institutions, insurers and pension scheme trustees on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Rob is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers (APL) and was recently appointed to the Legislative & Parliamentary Sub-Committee which represents the APL in liaising with policymakers, government departments, and parliamentary bodies on the development of UK pensions legislation.

  • a range of employers and professional/ lay trustee clients on a wide range of matters including scheme mergers/ de-mergers, liability management exercises, bulk transfers and scheme closures*
  • two high-profile individuals in respect of Warning Notices issued by the Pensions Regulator*
