Rob is a partner in our global energy sector group.

Rob focuses on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, project development and financing and commodity marketing in the energy & natural resources industries.  He has over 20 years of experience advising on transactions and projects spanning upstream oil & gas exploration and production, midstream transportation and storage infrastructure, LNG export and import facilities, power generation and transmission, mining and minerals processing.

Background

Rob holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Murdoch University (1994) and is a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia (2008).

He is a past National President of AMPLA (The Resources & Energy Law Association) and remains on the Editorial Board of the Australian Resources & Energy Law Journal (AMPLA’s flagship publication). He is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
