Rose is a solicitor in the Brisbane infrastructure team, with experience in major projects in the health, transport and government infrastructure sectors.

Rose also has significant experience on Australia's natural gas projects, including supporting the general counsel of an LNG joint venture and drafting property contracts for gas plant and pipelines including easements and land access agreements.

Background

Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.

  • QIC and Future Fund on the acquisition of a 19.28% interest in the EastLink toll road, including due diligence on material contracts. 
  • Queensland Health on the capacity expansion program with a combined project value of $11.2 billion, including developments of specialist facilities and complex interface management.
  • Queensland Treasury on the delivery of the Queensland Resources Common User Facility, a first of its kind facility developed by government to support the emerging Queensland critical mineral sector.
  • An Asset Owner on the delivery of affordable build-to-rent housing utilising the Queensland Government and Federal Government support schemes.
  • A Government Owned Corporation on the upgrading of legacy transport infrastructure, taking into account existing contractual arrangements and market conditions.
