Sam is a planning lawyer in our real estate team.
He advises on all aspects of town and country planning law, with a particular focus on complex mixed-use development projects, including advising on land assembly, compulsory acquisition and compensation matters. He is experienced in providing strategic planning advice on major planning applications and negotiating associated legal agreements.

- Cemex on a CPO compensation claim relating to HS2's acquisition of their site at Washwood Heath, Birmingham, which comprised the largest railway sleeper factory in the UK, an asphalt plant and aggregates depot*
