Serena is a member of our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure (Corporate) team.

Serena advises clients on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including the sale and acquisition of renewable energy projects, project development, offtake and energy regulation.

Background

Serena holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma in Languages (Mandarin) from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
