Shanna optimises the team’s performance, efficiency and business development through knowledge development and management to deliver insight and diverse perspectives.

Shanna is responsible for knowledge management of all aspects of real estate dispute resolution.

Drawing on her many years in private practice, Shanna arranges and delivers in-house and client training and produces legal briefings on key developments to ensure our clients are kept up to date with changes in the law which may impact their day-to-day business. Shanna takes the lead to respond to the Government's key consultations in the property sector to offer our important perspective on the law and any proposed changes, as well as tracking key areas of legislative reform such as leasehold, commonhold and in the private rented sector.

She regularly writes articles for external publications, including Estates Gazette and the Law Society's Property in Practice magazine, as well as featuring on our Real Estate blog.  Shanna is a member of the Property Litigation Association and sits on their Website and Marketing Committee, to ensure that property litigation maintains a public profile in the industry and national media.

Formerly a senior associate at Hogan Lovells, Shanna spent over 11 years in private practice advising on all aspects of real estate dispute resolution and gaining experience in various industry sectors.
