Shannon Irwin

Shannon is a senior solicitor in the Digital Legal Delivery team specialising in finance. She has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on debt finance transactions worldwide. Shannon acts as a delivery manager for large-scale projects, including negotiating BAU documentation such as NDAs. Her practice also covers securitisation and structured finance, including public and private securitisations and warehouse lending in the UK and Europe.

Background

Shannon has First Class Honours in Law from Queen's University Belfast. She was previously seconded to the legal team of a world-leading investment bank and financial services provider.
