Shay Lam

Shay is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and has worked across multiple teams providing a variety of legal services including corporate, funds and dispute resolution. He is responsible for coordinating a business-as-usual matter for a high-profile investment management firm. He also helps with the Digital Legal Delivery Corporate team's research effort and adoption of new technological processes to improve the team's offering to our clients.

Shay's experience focuses on project's day-to-day running with legal expertise. In addition to his project management skills, he conducts extensive due diligence of client's documents and drafts termination agreements before coordinating signatures from all relevant parties. As a client-facing role, he also builds good working relationships with the client and their service providers.
