Shula is an Associate in the firm’s disputes practice in London.
Shula has broad experience of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. During her training contract at the firm Shula was seconded to IBM, working with the business to manage litigious developments during the first six months of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Based in our London office, Shula has worked on a number of high-profile and high-value claims before the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Shula advises clients in a number of sectors, and has particular experience working with clients in technology, aviation and manufacturing.
Background
Shula was educated at St Edmund Hall, Oxford where she obtained a first class degree in Jurisprudence. In 2022, Shula qualified as a solicitor advocate.

- AerCap in multi-billion dollar Commercial Court proceedings concerning aviation insurance claims relating to aircraft lost in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine
- IBM (UK) Limited in the defence of claims relating to a major business transformation project including the design and build of an enterprise data warehouse and related software
- a UK government entity in a dispute arising from the provision of IT services
- a major UK energy provider on High Court litigation and an expert determination relating to a North Sea decommissioning security agreement
