Sienna is an associate in the Construction Disputes practice within the International Arbitration Group.

Sienna’s primary focus is on complex construction and infrastructure disputes, which include arbitration, litigation and adjudication. She also has experience in international arbitration.

Sienna has spent time on secondment in Herbert Smith Freehills' Dubai office, where she advised clients on their disputes in Middle East jurisdictions. She has also previously worked in our Seoul office, advising our clients in Asia.

Sienna is bilingual in Korean and English.

  • acting for a Korean state-owned company in an LCIA arbitration (English law) against Pakistani government authorities relating to the construction of a hydro power plant in Pakistan
  • acting for the UK owner of a fuel terminal in ICE arbitration proceedings in respect of defective storage tanks
  • acting for the owner of a biomass project in relation to an ongoing ICC Arbitration with respect to the project
  • acting for the owner of a petrochemicals refinery in South-East Asia in a multi-faceted ICC arbitration with its contractor
  • acting for a Korean contractor in SIAC arbitration proceedings seated in Singapore, on a dispute concerning issues arising out of a plant in India
