Simon has assisted clients with a number of high-profile claims in the Federal Court, Victorian Supreme Court and English Commercial Court, acting for both corporates and government bodies.
Simon assists clients in a number of sectors and has particular experience acting on disputes in the financial services and consumer product sectors.

Simon holds a Master of Laws from The University of Queensland and Bachelors of Laws and International Relations from La Trobe University.
Simon has worked across the firm’s Melbourne and Brisbane offices and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
