Sophia is an associate in our corporate governance advisory team.
Sophia advises on corporate governance issues including corporate reporting requirements, the UK Corporate Governance Code, continuing obligations under the Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation, company meetings and directors' duties and other day-to-day corporate governance matters.
Sophia is on an extended secondment from the Sydney office's Head Office Advisory Team where she previously advised ASX listed companies on corporate governance issues. She also spent one year in the London office's corporate energy and infrastructure team advising clients on project development, ESG matters and general corporate matters across the renewables and energy sectors.
Background
Sophia is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney where she completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Finance with Distinction.
