Stephanie Centorame
Stephanie is a Senior Associate in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group and advises a range of local and global corporates across the full spectrum of the energy and resources industry, ranging from renewables, power and utilities, to oil and gas.
Stephanie assists with the preparation of key energy project documents, including offtake and tolling agreements, LNG lifting agreements, grid connection agreements and commodity sale purchase agreements for legacy and renewable energy projects located both domestically and overseas.
Stephanie is deeply passionate about supporting her clients as they navigate Australia’s energy transition and decarbonisation journey, and provides meaningful commercial and legal solutions to address her client’s needs.
Background
Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class 1) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations / French Language) from Bond University.

- Various gas producers on the implementation of the Gas Market Code introduced by the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023 (Cth), temporary price cap measures, exemption applications and gas marketing / strategy matters.
- Australian LNG exporters and large gas producers on gas and LNG sale and purchase agreements (mid-term and long-term), master agreements, other gas trading transactions and transportation agreements.
- Various clients on Power Purchase Agreements and bespoke offtake arrangements (including virtual battery tolling agreements).
