Suzannah is a solicitor in the firm's Head Office Advisory Team (HOAT) and ESG team. Suzannah assists with advising many leading ASX-listed companies on a number of corporate governance issues, including continuous and periodic disclosure, remuneration and incentives, board and executive succession, corporate culture, directors' duties, company reporting, market practice and relevant areas of legal risk.
