Suzanne is an associate within the Paris IP, Technology and Data practice in Paris.

Suzanne advises French and international clients on a range of intellectual property, consumer law, data protection and unfair competition matters, whether relating to litigation, regulatory or compliance. Suzanne has particular expertise in the technology sector and the emerging issues it raises, such as artificial intelligence, deepfakes, online intellectual property infringement and the sectoral regulation of online intermediaries.

Suzanne is a member of the Paris Bar. A native French speaker, she also speaks English fluently. She has been recognised as Rising Star 2023 – France in the IP Stars rankings by Managing IP, 2023. She is also ranked as a Rising Star for Intellectual Property (Trademarks and Designs) in France, in the Legal 500 EMEA 2024 rankings.

Background

Suzanne holds a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University in London and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University Law School .
