Navawan is an associate in the Bangkok disputes practice group.
She advises domestic and international clients on litigation, alternative dispute resolution and restructuring, turnaround and insolvency matters. Navawan has experience advising clients on commercial, financial, employment and construction disputes across real estate, energy, consumer, industrials and manufacturing, financial services, and aviation industries.
Background
Navawan graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Thammasat University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a certified notarial services attorney. She is fluent in Thai and English.

- a Chinese solar panel manufacturer in claiming outstanding engineering, procurement and construction service fees on three solar energy projects for approximately THB 780 million (US$ 22.1 million)*

- one of China’s largest construction and real estate conglomerates in an administrative dispute against the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) in connection with the terms of reference (TOR) announcement for one of Thailand’s largest infrastructure construction projects located in Bangkok*
- one of the largest construction companies in Thailand in enforcing an international arbitral award with the Thai court against a construction and infrastructure company in relation to the development of a luxury high-rise condominium, with the disputed amount of over THB 84 million*
- a total of 87 savings co-operatives of Thailand, creditors of a leading aviation company in Thailand in business rehabilitation proceeding in connection with their debt claims*
