Tessa Donovan
Tessa is a specialist projects, energy and infrastructure lawyer.
Tessa has extensive Australian and international experience both in private practice and in-house in the preparation, negotiation and management of a wide variety of construction, infrastructure, services, operation and maintenance and related contracts and tender documents.
She has advised a diverse range of energy and resources, renewable energy, mining and infrastructure clients including developers, contractors, financiers, purchasers and the public sector. In addition to her private practice experience, Tessa has extensive in house experience having worked as a Senior Legal Counsel for EDF Energy in the UK, providing procurement and contract management advice for both the Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C large scale nuclear new build projects.
Background
Tessa holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
