Thomas advises and assists clients on a wide range of public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and on corporate governance matters.
Background
Thomas graduated from the Paris Panthéon-Assas University of Law with a Master in Comparative Business Law and from the Queen Mary University of London with a LL.M in Commercial and Corporate Law. He joined the Paris office of Herbert Smith Freehills in October 2022 after having worked as an associate in a French law firm.
Thomas is a member of the Paris bar and is fluent in French and English.
