Thomas is an avocat in our corporate team, who is based in our Paris office.
Thomas specialises in advising and assisting on project development and financing within the energy and infrastructure sectors across France, Europe, and the francophone regions of North and sub-Saharan Africa. His expertise lies primarily in drafting and negotiating key project documents, including construction contracts, O&M contracts and PPAs, as well as addressing regulatory issues.
Background
Thomas holds a Master's Degree in European Business Law from the University of Nanterre and the University of Gießen (Germany), together with a Bachelor's Degree in European Business Law and Economics from the Catholic University of Lille.
