Tracey is a Knowledge Lawyer in the firm's commercial litigation practice.

Tracey provides technical advice to clients and colleagues on complex issues relating to commercial litigation, including issues of substantive law and all aspects of civil procedure. She is also responsible for managing and delivering disputes-focused training to fee earners in London.

A general litigator by background, Tracey has experience advising on a wide range of disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, civil fraud matters, joint venture disputes, enforcement proceedings and claims arising out of bilateral and multilateral investment treaties. She also has experience advising on contentious and non-contentious data protection matters. Tracey has represented clients in proceedings before the English Courts and Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals, and has acted as strategic partner to local counsel in overseas Courts.

Tracey regularly authors articles on litigation and data protection issues, and has been published in Lexology, New Law Journal, Privacy & Cybersecurity Law Report, Law360, International Association of Privacy Professionals (iapp) and Global Investigations Review. She also contributes to the firm's Litigation Notes blog.

Background

Prior to taking up this role, Tracey was a Senior Associate at a US firm in London, specialising in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters. Tracey was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in October 2014.
