Yue is an associate in our corporate team based in Mainland China.
Yue focuses on capital market transactions and listed issuer compliance matters. She has advised corporate clients and investment banks in Hong Kong and U.S. IPO deals, as well as Hong Kong public companies in the reporting and corporate governance matters. Yue obtained her bachelor's degree in law from Nankai University and master's degree in law from both the Georgetown University and Renmin University of China. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.

Yue was admitted as an attorney in the state of New York and held professional legal qualifications in the PRC.
