Zoe specialises in the consenting of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Zoe advises large scale infrastructure clients across a range of projects, predominantly in the renewables, transport and energy sectors promoting development consent orders.
Zoe's experience includes advising at all stages of a project's development, from pre-application through to implementation. She works with clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning, including environmental impact assessments, habitats regulations and compulsory purchase.
Zoe also has experience working alongside the Real Estate department, providing support in relation to acquisitions, disposals, lettings and financings and in drafting and negotiating planning and highways agreements.
Background
Zoe graduated with a Law Degree from Newcastle University and is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
