In this video, Antonio Pastor, Consultant of the Dispute Resolution practice, explains some key legal considerations in deal and no-deal Brexit scenarios, taking into account that the future relationship between the UK and the EU remains uncertain beyond the Conservative leadership election. The Withdrawal Agreement is the best option available as it provides certainty to all parties. Whatever the outcome, the EU has asked that all parties involved take the appropriate steps to prepare and to use the 31 October exit extension productively.
