En este sentido, debe destacarse por su especial trascendencia, la fecha de 31 de octubre de 2019 que es cuando finaliza el plazo otorgado a los operadores económicos para presentar sus solicitudes para acceder a la adjudicación de capacidad de la infraestructura ferroviaria.
