Construction and Infrastructure partners David Nitek, Nicholas Downing, Michelle Li and Hew Kian Heong have authored chapters in The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Construction & Engineering Law 2020. David and Nick are also contributing editors of this edition.
As with previous editions, this guide provides insights into how different legal systems approach the questions that are commonly encountered on construction and engineering projects. It covers 21 jurisdictions in the form of a Q&A style chapter, with Shanghai and Beijing partners Michelle Li and Hew Kian Heong contributing the China chapter.
It also includes a chapter on ‘Force Majeure Clauses in Construction Contracts’ was authored by London partners, David Nitek and Nick Downing.
