The Brussels office recently welcomed lawyers, academics, businesses and regulators for the fifth edition of Cartels Workshop: An Advanced Seminar on Substantive and Procedural EU Developments, in partnership with leading antitrust publication Concurrences.
The conference, now a highlight in the capital's conference calendar, once again attracted esteemed panel speakers from the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the UK Competition and Markets Authority and the French Competition Authority, amongst others. Senior regulators, in-house counsel, other leading practitioners, and economists attended the two panels – one exploring substantive issues and another on procedural issues – moderated by Brussels office managing partner Kyriakos Fountoukakos and Competition partner Marcel Nuys (Düsseldorf) respectively.
