Clients have chosen Herbert Smith Freehills’ partner Quentin Digby as the most client focused lawyer in Australia at the prestigious Financial Review Client Choice Awards 2016.
Mr Digby’s commitment to providing exceptional client service has also seen him recognised as the joint winner of the Best Professional award at the award ceremony.
Herbert Smith Freehills’ Regional Managing Partner, Asia & Australia, Sue Gilchrist congratulated Mr Digby on the outstanding achievement.
“I’m delighted that Quentin has been recognised at these prestigious awards which are made all the more important because winners are based on client feedback. By winning these honours Quentin has achieved consistently higher client ratings than his peers.

Mr Digby said he was honoured to have received the two awards. He said providing award-winning service was about establishing a personal connection with clients.
“I really enjoy interacting with our clients and people in general. It’s extremely rewarding to be able to help clients achieve their aims and ensure they receive the right advice along the way.
“Establishing a personal connection with clients makes the work far more enjoyable and meaningful. To do this we have to be ourselves more, otherwise you aren’t going to get that personal connection. There are all sorts of skills we are trained in as lawyers, but actually I think clients are looking for something a bit deeper, and whatever it is, it has to be genuine.”
The Financial Review Client Choice Awards 2016 were held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney on 8 March 2016.
