Herbert Smith Freehills advises Barrenjoey on The Star’s A$750 million entitlement offer and placement

Herbert Smith Freehills is proud to have advised Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited (Barrenjoey) as underwriter of The Star Entertainment Group Limited’s (The Star) $750 million capital raising, comprising a $589 million 1 for 1.65 pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and a $161 million institutional placement.

The offer was fully underwritten.

The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by partner Philippa Stone and supported by solicitor David Tilley.
