Herbert Smith Freehills’ Venture Capital team has advised Culture Amp on its acquisition of Orgnostic, a US/Serbian people analytics startup.
Orgnostic’s data will enhance Culture Amp’s platform to deliver improved analytics and rapid workforce insights as part of Culture Amp’s new People Analytics product, which will be rolled out later in 2024.
Herbert Smith Freehills advised on Australian law aspects of the transaction and associated capital transactions. Culture Amp were advised by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the US.
The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by partner and Co-Head of Venture Capital (Australia) Elizabeth Henderson, and solicitors Vincent Greco Schwartz and Anne Hu, with support from Co-Head of Venture Capital (Australia) Claire Thompson.
