Herbert Smith Freehills has won Legal Team of the Year at the Property Week Awards 2024, which took place in London on 03 July 2024.
The award recognises the firm's expertise advising on some of the most significant deals and projects in the market over the past year across all asset classes. Highlights include Blackstone's sale of St Katharine Docks; a global investor on its acquisition of The Sancroft, Christchurch Court, Paternoster Square; MCR Hotels on their acquisition of the BT Tower; and ongoing advice for British Land on long-running projects at Broadgate and Canada Water.
