Leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has hired Ee Lynn Tan as an energy partner based in Singapore.
Ee Lynn advises international sponsors, financial institutions and investors at all stages of complex energy projects and investments, with deep experience across Asia and the Middle East.
"I'm delighted to welcome Ee Lyn to the team to further expand our services to clients on energy transition projects and investments in Asia, particularly from investors in the Middle East," said Asia head of energy Anthony Patten.

The firm has more than 60 partners across the Asia-Pacific region who help clients with environmental, sustainability, energy transition, climate infrastructure and ESG work.

ABOUT EE LYNN TAN
Ee Lynn has extensive whole project life-cycle experience, acting for energy sector clients from early-stage joint venture arrangements, through to negotiations of multi-source project financing, and related M&A transactions.
She graduated with bachelor’s degrees in law and commerce from the University of Melbourne, is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and is a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore. Ee Lynn is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
