The transaction is being led by corporate M&A partner Amelia Morgan, supported by solicitor Nini Lu, senior associate Ting Fan and solicitor Ella Blythe. The team is also being supported by a number of specialist HSF lawyers, including partner Fiona Smedley, special counsel Ewan MacDonald and senior associate Mark Khouri.
The Herbert Smith Freehills team is working closely with CBA’s M&A legal team, including Kirsty Cox, CBA’s General Manager Corporate and Treasury Legal, and Senior Legal Counsels Cecilia Cobb, Sue Yim, William House and Michael Ting.
