Herbert Smith Freehills in partnership with the London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM) have launched the latest in a series of snapshot surveys on users' experiences of mediation and arbitration.
The new survey is focused on costs-related issues - including the costs of mediating and the impact on the costs of court or arbitral proceedings.
It follows earlier surveys regarding the use of mediation in arbitration and attitudes towards mandatory mediation.
The short survey can be accessed here until 31 July 2024. The results will be reported on both this blog and our Arbitration Notes blog.
