We are delighted to announce that Antonia Pegden has been promoted in the latest round of firm partnership promotions and will join the partnership on 1 May. Antonia is part of the Insurance & Professional Risks team in London and is a commercial disputes lawyer focusing on insurance, pensions and professional negligence disputes. Antonia has worked on broad range of contentious insurance disputes, with a particular expertise in cyber claims. She was also the Managing Associate on the team that acted for the FCA in the successful Covid-19 business interruption insurance test case in the High Court and Supreme Court in 2020. Antonia also works on pensions disputes and has an expanding professional negligence practice working primarily for solicitors, pensions intermediaries and brokers.
